From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the friendly and professional staff. The newly appointed apartment block where I stayed was mind-blowingly nice, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The large open balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a refreshing drink after a day on the mountain. I was impressed by the quality of the fixtures and fittings, which were super in line with my expectations. Plus, the free wi-fi in rooms, free parking, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, and restaurant were all amazing amenities. The coffee shop on site was a great convenience, and the paid shuttle service made getting around a breeze. The back, full body, and foot massages available were the cherry on top of a fantastic stay. The flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils in the room added to the comfort of my stay. The VIP check-in/out service was a nice touch, and the ski equipment hire, ski school, and ski pass vendor were super convenient for snow enthusiasts like me. The ski storage was great for keeping my gear safe. Additionally, the hiking, cycling, fishing, and horseback riding options nearby made it easy to explore the area's beautiful nature. The aqua park and water sports activities were another fun surprise. The children's menu availability was a thoughtful touch for families staying at the hotel. I was also pleased to find that the hotel is pet-friendly. Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed on-site, but being a non-smoker myself, this was not a problem at all.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a variety of amenities nearby such as restaurants and shops. the apartment in the newly appointed block offered a peaceful and quiet environment with stunning views from the spacious balcony. the fixtures and fittings in the apartment were of high quality and well-maintained.
Some of the processes in the hotel were a bit quirky, such as the unnecessary signage dictating settlement of accounts and charging for food taken away from breakfast.

The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views and a large open balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. I was pleasantly surprised to be given a newly appointed apartment in a separate building just 100 meters away. the apartment was lovely, with a large open balcony offering beautiful views. the staff in the main hotel were friendly and professional, and I appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to keep my snowboard on the balcony instead of using the ski room. the quality of the accommodations was excellent and in line with the expected cost.
No complaints 😊

As trekkers and a group of friends, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the newly appointed apartment block was a pleasant surprise, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. the staff were friendly and professional, adding to the positive experience. the location was peaceful, with beautiful views, and the large open balcony provided a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a refreshing drink after a day of hiking. the hotel allowed us to store our ski equipment outside on the balcony, which was very convenient.
Felt spoiled, couldn't find anything to complain about.
